Elephant Back Ridding In Chitawan

Chitawan is best destination for the lover of nature. Chitawan is fully richness for flora and fauna. There are thousands species of birds and butterfly. Chitawan is most famous for one horn rinoceros and elephant back ridding. Millions of visitors come to here for visiting every year.

Chitawan National Park offers excellent view of birds and animals. This park is most famous National Park of Nepal. The National Park covers 932 sq km of its land. It is really wonderful place for the visitors. Thousands of tourist come to visit Chitawan every year. There are more than 500 species of birds, 600 plants, 50 mamals, 48 amphibians and various species of retile can be found in the park. Around 500 one horn rinoceros are there in the park. Muktinath

Of all the temple in the Himalayan region of Nepal, Muktinath claims a special place in the hearts of devotees. Its descriptions in the Purana and Mahabharata(religious Treaties) is evidence in itself that Muktinath was as much famous over the ages it appears to be today. Its fame travels far and wide, into all directions.

This three-storey pagoda temple, situated at an altitude of 12460 ft. about 110 km the north of Pokhara, has inside it the image of Jwala Mai (goddess of Flame) as the principal deity. There are 108 holy water spouts in the courtyard of the temple and also a monastery nearby. Irrespective of religious alienation, both Hindu and Buddhists pay homage to Muktinath with equal degree of laith and belief.

Muktinath; however, is also famous for saligram (a king of stone) saligrams found in the Kali Gandaki river on the way to Muktinath are worshipped as many different forms of Lord Vishnu. Muktinath is situated north of Jomosom has air links with Kathmandu, Pokhara and Bhairahawa. A trek to Jomosom from Pokhara is also an experience in itself. It takes about 6 days (oneway) to reach Jomosom from Pokhara.

May to June and January to February are regarded the best months to go to Muktinath when a fair also observed there.

Panch Pokhari Trek

Panch Pokhari ( Five Lakes) is situated in Sindupalchowk district of Nepal. It is the combination of beautiful small five lakes. It is in the height of 4100m from the sea level. Blossom rhododendron in the spring is most attractive scenery for the trekker. Panorama views of mountains and peaks make this trekking wonderful.

Categorically it is the easy and safety trek. Trekkers do not need have mountaineering experience for this trek. During this trek Tamang heritage and traditional Nepali culture can observe very closely. This trek is combination of both Tea house and Camping. Somewhere trekkers can get the hotels and lodges but somewhere is not available of hotels and lodges. To make the trek continue trekkers need tent.

Duration of this trek is 12 to 15 days. This trek begins from Chautara (Headquarter of Sindhupalchowk). 5 to 6 hours daily walking is necessary in this trek.

Manaslu Trek

Manaslu region is the richness of natural beauty. But it was only opened from 1991 onwards for the trekkers. This trek begins from Gorkha, 6 hours drive from Kathmandu. Gorkha is the home land of Prithvi Narayan Shah, is the hero of modern Nepal. He managed many wars to unite the scattered state to make the modedrn unite Nepal.

Before start trek to Manslu, trekkers go to visit the ancient Palace of King Prithvi Narayan Shah; Gorkha Durbar(Gorkha palace). Manaslu (8156m) is the famous mountain above 8000m. This trek is really adventurous and wonderful trek because of its natural setting. Larkya La (5215m) is fully covering with snow is the most wonderful in this trek. It is the highest point of Manaslu trek. Spactacular viewing the neighbouring moutains and peaks is most attractive and life time remarable from this point.

It is fully organised trek because lack of available of hotels and lodges. Duration of this trek generally becomes 22 to 25 days. Permit is compulsary from government authorised trekking company to trek in this region.

Mera Peak Trek

Mera peak(21246ft) is highest trekking destination in Nepal. It is really wonderful and adventurous trekking destination in Nepal. This trek offers beautiful scenery of peaks and mountains. It is fully organized trek.

This trek begins from Lukla and its ultimate goal is Mera. This trek is through the Hinku valley. Hinku valley is most beautiful wildest in Nepal. In this trek trekkers may have experienced guide, cook for making the food in trip and porters to make you free from your personal load. This is fully camping trek. Your trekking company manage for your trekking. They will charge you for to make the trekking permit to trek this area, for guide, cook, porters and arranging the trekking, national park fee etc. Camping trek becomes some more expensive than tea house trek. But camping trek is the really wonderful and enjoyable trek.

This trek is some challenging for trekker who have not well health condition. So that, you must have good physical condition because it is really strenuous trek. It is better to have some medicine, if you get health problem in the trekking duration.

Mustang Trek

Mustang Trek is a mostly liked trek destination of Nepal. It is really wonderful and easy trek. Mustang is least rainy area comparision of other places of Nepal. Trekkers need to have permit to trek in Mustang.

Mustang trek is fully camping trek cause of lacking the hotels and lodges. Trekkers have to sleep in the tent. Guide, Sherpa, Cook, Kitchen and porters are needed for making the trek easy for trekkers. But all these needed staffs managed by the trekkers through company. They make trek easy and enjoyful. The trekkers need to carry just their day need equipment. Tent for sleeping, meals make ready by the staffs in the duration of trekking.

Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and others more than fifty beautiful mountains can view in the duration of trek. There are more spectacular scene in this area which trekkers can view in their trekking period.

Kanchanjunga Trekking

Kanchanjunga is the third highest mountain of the world. It is one of the adventurous and wonderful trekking destination of Nepal. Many trekkers come to this area to trek every year. March, April, September, October and early Noveber is suitable season for the trekking in this area.

Lumbini

Lumbini is that holy place where Siddhartha Gautam was born. The stone pillar of Ashoka, and India emperor, in the Lumbini garden points out this place by the name of Lumbini. Lumbini, situated in the fertile western Terai, is a world famous pilgrimage site in Nepal.

Dr. Feuher, in the course of his activities to find out Buddhist pilgrimage sites, discovered this site. Many things were developed, and Lumbini started gaining popularity and dsignificance. Interest of the people was roused all over the world to know about the birth place of Gautam Buddha, the apostle of world peace.

The ancient Lumbini garden is now an open field with a collection of the ancient image of Mayadevi, Ashokan pillar, sacred pond and the remains of monasteries and stupas unravelled in the archaeological excavation. The stone sculpture based on Buddhist's Jataka depicted as supporting herself by holding of with both hands to branch of a Sal tree.

Many dharmasalas, guest houses and stupas were built in Lumbini on the occasion of 2500th Buddha Jayanti(aniversary of Lord Buddha). Mahendra Sthambha was also established there in memory of Buddha, which helps to know a lot about Lumbini of modern time.

Kathmandu Valley

Kathmandu valley is the capital city of Nepal. It is also known as a city of temples. Hundreds of temples are here in Kathmandu valley. It is rich for the temples and arts. Ancient temples and monasteries make the Kathmandu valley rich for art and culture.

Tibet Trek From Nepal

Tibet is very famous trekking destination for the tourist. It is the place of Budhist followers. And more than this Tibet is really a beautiful place. So that, the thousands of tourist go to Tibet through Nepal. Obtain of chenese visa is not good from overseas for travelling to Tibet.

Langtang trek is also fomous for the Shiva pilgrim and Langtang national park. You can see beautiful mountain range from this area. Annapurna range to west and Makalu to east. The Height of Mount Everest

The Mount Everest is the highest mountain of the world. Its height is 8848m(29029ft). It is situated between Nepal and China. It was the named by British citizen George Everest. It is known in Nepal as a Sagarmatha and in Tibet Chomolongma.

The first Climbers of Mt. Everest is Admund Hillary from New Zeland and Tenzing Norge Sherpa from Nepal on 29 May 1953. Since then, numbers of climber have reached on the top of summit. Every year hundreds of climber attempt to touch the summit of Mt. Everest keeping with different purposes. These days mostly the climbers climb with the purpose of making the new records.

EBC Trek

Everest Base Camp (5368m) is the highly visited trekking destination in the world. Thousands of trekker come to visit in this area to trek. Trekkers need to have good physical condition to trek for this trek destination.

There will be save and wonderful trek if the trekkers come through the trekking company. If the trekker come indivisually they may get the problem of route, hotels, to know the name of place and mountains and may be miss guided on the way. There will be good manage for trekking if the trekkers come through the trekking company. The company takes responsibilty in case of trekkers get problem in the duration of trekking.
